Road to Better Living

I love to study and research the most natural ways to heal and energize oneself so that I may live this life in great spirits and physically healthy. I came across this book, glimpsed through it and found a new path to walk towards better living. I knew about accupressure, and who doesn't know about massage? But this combines both, For Healthy Living. I said to my self, why not. I'm sure that in buying this book, many can achieve new heights of health. I recommend this book for anyone who looks forward to living a life without pharamceuticals. Through this the beginner can find freedom in getting to know their bodies better and getting to know their health better; of how to eat and how to move better; of how they respond to different situations throughout their lives, and of course how to use reflexology, an age old technique for restoration to achieve wonderful goals in their health.
Ann Gillanders does a wonderful job for the Professional as well as Beginners to Reflexology. Great illustrations and directions. Easy to understand and follow... Enjoy.

update: Since writing this review almost a year and a half ago, I came back to this book to try out some of the techniques in my moment of great need. And I must say, It Works!!! I can not belive what an amazing system reflexology is. Suffering greatly from a depletion in my endocrine system (female troubles), I have been massaging points on my hand and I was astounded at how sore they were and how almost instantly I feel relief. I am shocked that Amazon is no longer selling this book. It's such a heartbreak that many people will not get to use this reference for helping themselves. I hope to see it back someday.
